As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team and help us achieve our production goals
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
- Coordinate with the cutting, sewing, and finishing department to maintain smooth workflow
- Monitor production target and minimize downtime or delays
- Control absenteeism and employee turnover to company standards
- Train & develop skills, guide and motivate production employees
- Drive the production incentive scheme to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and labor regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in the apparel industry
- Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standard
- Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Diploma or certificate in Apparel technology or a related field is an advantage
