Assist in day-to-day procurement activities according to company procedures.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and support supplier selection.
Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
Assist in negotiations and documentation under senior guidance.
Maintain supplier records and purchase documentation.
Support cost-saving initiatives and monitor price changes.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
Assist in evaluating supplier performance.
Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or excess.
Stay updated on market trends and procurement best practices.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or part qualification).
1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related role (fresh graduates may also be considered).
Basic knowledge of procurement processes and purchasing procedures.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic negotiation and supplier coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and attentive to detail.
Willingness to learn and develop skills in procurement and supply chain operations.
